Mortar mix pump being used to mix cement. This cement mix was four parts sand, one part Portland cement, this cement can be hand applied also or applied with a hopper sprayer, we now sell this hopper sprayer. |

Radius trowel for corners on top of column. This Portland cement mortar mix is a little easier to shape than shotcrete or gunnite mixes, but they will also work.

Please take note of the soft round radius walls and seats that can be designed with our 3-d panel system, the tiles set over the Portland cement are protected with red tape prior to the stucco application. |
