A view from the top, the 3-d panel walls are up and now it is time to start on the roof and floor panels.

Setting screw jacks and shoring, on small or short spans such as on this project, I prefer to install the panels without the shoring in the way, the 3-d panels are very ridged and will sag very little but this can be done either way. I like to raise the panels ½ inch to one inch in the middle, I recommend setting the shoring three feet on center also shoring should be set under any large openings this is very critical. Note> Post or screw jacks should be laid out as to allow for scaffold plank to be set between, screw jacks or post plan a head for this as you will need to work off of the scaffold to finish the bottom side of roof or ceiling! Important.

The shoring in this photo is all wrong, it is to close to the walls, thirty to thirty six inches or one meter from the wall, you need to be able to work on the walls also. The screw jacks are way to close. Plan and lay out your shoring, remember if you are going to be walking on top of the roof panels try to keep the shoring thirty six inches or one meter apart and stay thirty six inches or one meter off any walls. The walls will carry the load. Plan ahead!

Installing the 3-d panel roof systems, the amount of rebar installed on the bottom side of the 3-d panels depends on the length of the span, this will depend on the roof loads and engineering, many times rebar is not required, the rebar can be placed into the panels or tied on the bottom side after the 3-d panels are installed.
