Hawaii - Hi'ilani Eco House
Sheldon Mattos and his uncle Leonard, Sheldon and his father Ernie are the electrical contractors and are from the Hilo area, they were a great help in transporting the Tridipanels which were shipped by Pasha Freight from San Diego to Hilo Hawaii, it was extremely hard getting them from Hilo up to the job site, here are some photos of this as it happened.
Four-semi truck loads were shipped with approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of Tridipanels and wire mesh accessories, Hilo is approximately 45 miles from the job site, we had much hard rain and the concrete pour was held up. The Tridipanels and wire mesh were unloaded on Waipo Road approximately one half mile below the job site, smaller trucks moved the half mile up to the job site and unloaded.
Rod Hadrian Jr. unloading the simi, the panels were then set off along Waipo Road and moved to the job site the next day.
Tridipanels being placed next to areas they will be used by Rod Hadrian Jr.
The area soon became very crowded, we were extremely lucky to be able to rent the forklift from a local contractor.
Rod Hadrian Sr. help place boards under the panel stacks and directing areas to place the Tridipanel stacks and wire mesh, all bundles of Tridipanels we banded and held together quite well.
